- The Treasurer's report shows a balance of $9404.85.
- There was a discussion about cutting conference registration fees.
- Shippensburg expects to break even or come out ahead on the conference.
- It is proposed to offer cash prizes: $300 for First, $150 for Second, $105 for Third place.
- What are exact conference costs? How much does the school administration contribute?
- How much does PACISE spend each year? To within a couple of hundred dollars?
- Can the Board support travel to September meetings?
The report was approved by voice vote. - No announcements.
- Information about the Spring Conference was presented:
- 39 faculty, 98 students, and 3 others are registered.
- 9 of 11 faculty papers accepted.
- 5 of 5 undergraduate papers accepted.
- 3 posters.
- 3 BOF sessions.
- 4 abstracts.
- Discussion of website maintenance was tabled.
- Conference sites through 2017 were assigned.

- When to schedule student presentations? Overlap with the programming contest is an issue. Could the contest be moved to Friday? ...after dinner?
- Keynote starts the conference.
- Does a team have to be present to win an award? Will students want to leave early?
- Time for programming practices is an hour.
- "It is a good idea to have vendor presentation on Friday opposite the contest practice."
- Could the programming contest be remote?
- Discussion is to be tabled to September, for discussion within departments and comments from the floor.
