CHEESE BREAD

 

2 pkg. dry yeast

3/4 warm water

3/4 cup warm milk

1 tab. dried onions

1 tea. dill weed

2 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

1 tea. salt

2 cups or 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup margarine

1 cup rolled oats, 1 min. type

3 1/2 to 4 cups flour

 

     Dissolve yeast in warm water.  Add dried onions and dill weed to milk.  Mix eggs slightly.  Add all ingredients to yeast; knead.  Let rise 1 3/4 hr.  Punch down; let rise 1 1/2 hr.  Form in two greased pans; let rise 45 min.  Bake 375’ for 30 min.
