CORN MEAL MUSH
1 cup corn meal
1 cup cold water
3 cups boiling water
Moisten
corn meal with cold water. Stir paste
into boiling water, beating thoroughly.
Cook with lid on for 20 min.
Pour immediately into a small bread type pan. Cover immediately with Handi Wrap. Let stand until cool.
Place in refrigerator until cold and solid. Cut in thick slices, dip in flour and fry both sides on a well
buttered griddle. Serve with
syrup.
