ZUCCHINI BREAD FROM FROZEN ZUCCHINI

3 eggs

1 cup oil

2 cups sugar

2 cups grated zucchini

3 cups flour

2 tea. vanilla

1 tea. baking soda

1 tea. cinnamon

¼ tea. baking powder

 

     Beat eggs, oil and sugar.  Add other ingredients.  Bake 325° for 35 to 40 min.
