CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE

 

3-oz package cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup confectioners sugar

3 tab milk

1 tab.  margarine or butter, softened

1/2 tea. vanilla extract

     In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat above ingredients until smooth.

 

SOUR CREAM FROSTING

 

2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1/3 cup sour cream

1/4 cup shortening

3/4 tea. vanilla

     In small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat until just mixed.  Increase speed to high; beat 1 min. or until smooth and fluffy.

 

FUDGY CHOCOLATE FROSTING

 

1 1/4 cups heavy or whipping cream

1 cup sugar

6 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

3/4 cup margarine or butter, room temp.

1 tea. vanilla extract

     In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat cream and sugar to boiling; boil 1 min.  Remove saucepan from heat; stir in chocolate, butter, and vanilla until chocolate and margarine melt.  Pour mixture into large bowl; refrigerate until mixture cools and thickens slightly, about 25 min.  With mixer at high speed, beat frosting until smooth and frosting stands in soft peaks.
