FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE

 

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 tea. soda

sprinkle of salt

2 eggs

1 can fruit cocktail

 

     Beat well.  Bake at 325' for 40 to 50 min., depending on the size of the pan.

 

ICING

 

3/4 stick margarine

1 - 2 cup coconut

1/2 cup canned milk

1 cup sugar

1 tea. vanilla

few nuts

 

     Bring to boil.  Boil for 2 min.  Cool.  Pour over layers.
