CHEESE CAKE TARTS

 

2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

vanilla wafers

 

     Line tart tins with paper baking cups and place a vanilla wafer in bottom.  Beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar for 5 min. and spoon on wafer.  Drop pan on table a few times to settle cream cheese mixture.  Bake 350' for 12 min.  When cool put 1 tea. of topping on the cheese cake; such as Thank You Brand Cherries, Peaches or soft strawberry jam.  This makes (5 pans) 5 doz.
