PUDDING DESSERT

 

2 cups flour

1 cup margarine

˝ cup plus 2 tab. finely chopped nuts, divided

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1- 12 oz. container Cool Whip, divided

3 pkg. instant pudding, lemon or vanilla

5 cups milk

     

     Mix flour, margarine and ˝ cup nuts together.  Press into a 9X13” pan.  Bake 375’ for 15 min.  Cool.  Mix sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip.  Spread this  over the bottom layer.  Beat puddings with milk until thick.  Spread over cream cheese mixture.  Spread the remaining Cool whip on top and sprinkle with 2 tab. finely chopped nuts.
