BAKED HAM AND PINEAPPLE

 

1 fully cooked ham, 8 to 10 pounds

whole cloves

½ cup packed brown sugar

1 can (8 oz.) sliced pineapple, drained

¼ cup pineapple juice

5 maraschino cherries

 

     Place ham in roasting pan.  Score surface with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes; insert cloves.  Cover and bake at 325` for 1½ hours.  Combine brown sugar and pineapple juice; pour over ham.  Arrange pineapple and cherries on ham.  Bake uncovered, 30-45 min. longer or until meat thermometer reads 140` and ham is heated through.
