BUTTERSCOTCH-CHOCOLATE PIE

 

1 baked 8 or 9" pie shell, cooled

1/4 cup caramel or butterscotch flavored dessert topping

3/4 cup pecan halves

1 3/4 cups cold milk

1 pkg. (4 serving size) Chocolate Instant Pudding

1 3/4 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

 

     Bring caramel topping to a boil in small saucepan, stirring constantly; pour into pie shell.  Arrange pecans on top; chill.  In small bowl, blend milk and pudding mix at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 min.  Pour at once into pie shell; chill 3 hours.  Garnish.
