FROZEN STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE FILLING

 

3 quart baskets fresh strawberries (4 quarts prepared)

2 ½ pounds fresh rhubarb

5 cups sugar

1 cup Minute Tapioca           

¼ tea. salt

 

     Wash and hull strawberries.  Wash and cut rhubarb into ½”  pieces.  Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Let stand 15 min.  Line 9” pie pans with plastic rap.  This should make 4 pies.
