ORANGE SESAME BOK CHOY

 

1 medium orange

1 tab. vegetable oil

1 head bok choy, cut lengthwise in half

1 tab. minced, peeled fresh ginger

1 clove garlic

1 tab. soy sauce

2 tea. sesame seeds, toasted

 

     Toast sesame seeds.  From orange, gate ½ tea. peel and squeeze ¼ cup juice.  In 12” skillet heat vegetable oil; add bok choy and cook 5 min., turning occasionally.  In small bowl, mix soy sauce and orange juice; add to skillet with bok choy and cook 30 seconds.  Pour any liquid from skillet over bok choy; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
