STRAWBERRY-SPINACH SALAD

 

1 bunch of fresh spinach

1 pint of fresh strawberries

 

DRESSING

1/4 cup sugar

1 tab. sesame seeds

1 1/2 tea. poppy seeds

3/4 tea. fresh onion, minced

1/8 tea. paprika

1/8 tea. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup oil

1/2 cup plus 2 tea. cider vinegar

 

     Combine all dressing ingredients in blender except oil and vinegar.  Blend well.  Gradually add oil and vinegar and blend well.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

     Wash and clean strawberries and spinach.  Slice strawberries; refrigerate.  Place spinach in paper towels in frig.  Do not combine until ready to serve.
