GRILLED BURGERS

 

¼ cup sour cream

2 tea. dried parsley

1 tea. dried thyme

¼ tea. salt

½ tea. pepper

2½ pounds ground beef

10 hamburger buns

lettuce, sliced tomato and onion, opt.

 

     Combine the first five ingredients; add beef and mix gently.  Shape into 10 patties.  Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4 to 5 min. on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
