3½ cups milk

16 oz. frozen broccoli, cut in small pieces

1 cup water

¼ cup dried potato flakes

¼ cup chopped green onions

1 tab. chicken bouillon granules

½ tea. dried rosemary or basil

¼ tea. pepper

shredded Cheddar cheese
