VEGETABLE SOUP

 

¼ cup peas, fresh or frozen

¼ cup lima beans

1 large tomato

1 stalk celery

1 carrot

½” wedge of sweet bell pepper

¼” onion slice

1 vegetarian, chicken or beef bouillon cube, opt.

½ tea. Worcestershire sauce

 

     Use Vita-Mix with speed on high for 2 to 3 min.  Yield: 1¾ cups
