GRILLED CORN

 

½ cup butter or margarine, softened

2 tab. minced fresh parsley

2 tab. snipped fresh chives

1 tea. dried thyme

½ tea. salt

¼ tea. cayenne pepper

8 ears fresh corn on the cob

 

     In a small bowl, combine first six ingredients.  Spread 1 tab. over each ear of husked corn.  Wrap corn individually in heavy-duty foil.  Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 min., turning frequently, or until corn is tender.
