OVEN FRIED POTATOES

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tab. grated Parmesan cheese

½ tea. garlic powder

½ tea. paprika

¼ tea. pepper

2 tea. olive oil

Place potatoes in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the Parmesan cheese and seasonings; shake to coat. Pour oil on a 15X10” baking pan; pour potatoes on pan. Bake, uncovered at 375° for 50 min. or until tender, stirring twice. Yield 6 servings.
