PUMPKIN SEEDS

 

     Rinse pumpkin seeds, then clean of all pulp and strings. Let them air dry and remove shells, if desired.  Toss hulled seeds with 2 tab. oil and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Bake at 350’ for about 30 min, stirring every 5 to 10 min, or until golden brown.  Salt to taste.
