PLUM BREAKFAST FRAPPE

 

4 plums

2/3 cup strawberries, halved

2 tab. frozen orange juice concentrate

8 ice cubes, cracked

 

     Combine all ingredients in blender.  Whirl until smooth.  Makes 3 cups.

 

BLENDER BREAKFAST

 

1 cup sliced fruit or berries (bananas, peaches, blueberries, etc.)

4 oz. low-fat or skim milk or low-fat or non-fat plain yogurt

1 tea. honey, sugar or maple syrup

1 tab. unprocessed wheat bran

 

     In a blender or food processor, combine ingredients; process until smooth.  Makes 1 serving.
